Susan G. Reid

Susan Reid has a long, distinguished career that bridges the gap between theatre and film. She received her M.F.A. in directing from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, and she has directed many shows with leading Atlanta theatre companies as well as in university theatre programs. Ms. Reid was an Artistic Associate and Education Director at Atlanta’s Aurora Theatre and Marietta’s Theatre in the Square. After her successful stints at these theatre companies, she made the transition to film, where she was vice president of the TV/Film division of Atlanta Models and Talent, a leading source of actors for Georgia’s burgeoning film and television industry. In addition, she has taught in university settings (at Kennesaw State and Columbus State) and has led various workshops and master classes.
