Matt Rowles brings more than twenty years of experience in engineering, consulting, and installation design of professional/broadcast audio and video systems to his position in the College of the Arts.
Rowles received his B.A. in film (music minor) at Georgia State University and has earned a range of electronics certifications (including InfoComm Certification Levels 1, 2, and 3 – Design School, multiple Sony trainings, and certification as a designer for Avid and Crestron systems). He has converted this training into project management and multimedia installation work for a range of clients including Georgia Tech, Georgia Perimeter College, the Cartoon Network, the Weather Channel, Turner Studios, UPS, WPBA, Coca-Cola, and the municipalities of Atlanta, Athens, and Smyrna.
Before joining the university, Rowles worked with the Comprehensive Technical Group and at the Coca-Cola Company.
