Heath Franklin continues his prolific career in narrative filmmaking. To date, he has produced fourteen feature films working with Oscar, Tony and Emmy award winners that have screened at nearly one hundred film festivals across the globe. These films have been distributed by indies and majors. His latest films include Sonny Boy, which premieres at the prestigious Dances with Films, while Catch a Killer premiered at the 55th Nashville Film Festival (AUDIENCE CHOICE WINNER). Also notable is Rejuvenation, a feature film written, crewed and cast by Georgia State University students, which was released on Prime Video.
His feature directorial debut came with the film Black Balsam which premiered at the Malibu International Film Festival before being released through Gravitas Ventures. He also co-wrote. Short films he directed have screened at the Sun Valley Film Festival, Hollyshorts (Oscar qualifying), Richmond International Film Festival, Asheville Film Festival, Cape Fear Film Festival and Melbourne Shorts Festival.
