ATLANTA — When Isaac Fuller stepped onto Georgia State’s downtown Atlanta Campus two years ago, his mission was to feed his curiosity for the visual arts. A transfer student from LaGrange College, where he studied animation and played lacrosse, Fuller will receive a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Studio concentration this month from the Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design at Georgia State.
