Eric Whitacre Residency at Georgia State

Georgia State University School of Music hosted internationally-recognized composer and conductor, Eric Whitacre on campus for a two-day residency (February 3-4, 2020).The GRAMMY® Award-winning composer shared his expertise with students and the community including workshops with the Georgia State choirs and bands, a question and answer session, as well as guest conducting a choral festival. The residency culminated with "An Evening with Eric Whitacre” concert at the Rialto Center for the Arts featuring Georgia State University choirs, wind ensembles, several individuals and choirs.
